C. SELECTION OF PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE employess1 . Participants who passed the Writing Exam , are entitled to participate in the selection and administration proposing the appointment as a civil servant by the Regional Employment Board of Blitar and Surabaya Regional Office II BKN . If in the selection and administration proposing appointment as administrative documents known to have a civil servant who does not comply with the requirements disqualified and can not be proposed as a civil servant3 . Participants who passed the administrative selection employess proposing the appointment will be given NIP ( Civil Servant Identification Number ) by the Regional Office II State Personnel Board as a basis for determining the appointment as a civil servant .
